Which devices are not supported?

❌ Are there any devices that cannot be used?

Yes. The TORA eSIM CARD cannot be used with the following devices:


❌ 1. Devices without a SIM slot

TORA eSIM CARD must be inserted into a physical SIM slot.
Therefore, the following devices are not supported:

  • Wi-Fi–only iPad

  • Wi-Fi tablets (no cellular model)

  • Laptops without a SIM slot

  • IoT devices without SIM support


❌ 2. Carrier-locked devices (SIM lock not removed)

Devices that still have a carrier SIM lock cannot use TORA eSIM CARD.

Please check and remove the SIM lock via your carrier’s official page before use.


❌ 3. Android Go and certain low-end models

Android Go Edition and some budget smartphones may block SIM menu access or eSIM control functions, making them incompatible.


❌ 4. Devices with heavily customized manufacturer OS

Some models with region-specific or custom firmware may experience issues such as:

  • SIM menu not appearing

  • eSIM switching not working

  • App functions not supported

If these issues occur, we will provide return/refund support.


❌ 5. Special IoT or enterprise devices

Certain specialized devices are not supported:

  • POS terminals

  • Enterprise-only communication devices

  • Custom hardware using proprietary SIM modules
